  I acknowledge that, as a Participating, Founding, or Patrons & Owners member of PRO, I am responsible for the payment of yearly dues.  Membership may be terminated upon receipt by PRO of a written notice of termination. Annual dues will not be refunded and termination or resignation of membership will not relieve such individuals of the obligation to pay any unpaid membership dues.
