“After last summer, I evaluated myself and what I needed to be successful moving forward. Above all else, I need a talented group of horses to help fulfill my goals ” stated Springer. “Chloe is a very special horse, with a fantastic jump and everything it takes to go to the top. I am thrilled to add a horse of this caliber to my program and grateful to Kelly for giving me this opportunity.”
Californian Kelly Pugh started Copycat Chloe and rode her successfully through the 3* level. Together the pair who also trained under the instruction of Allison Springer for over a year, won individual gold and team silver in the 2* division at the 2010 NAJYRC. They additionally earned themselves the Markham Trophy at the Fair Hill 3* in 2011 and finished atop the standings multiple times for Trakehner of the year.
When Pugh made the decision to sell her lovely mare, Allison was a natural choice as a friend and mentor whom she respects and trusts. “I know how much Allison loves her horses. I have seen first hand what a terrific program she has, and do not think there is anyone better to continue Chloe’s career than Allison. I am very excited to watch the two of them compete together, and will be rooting them on every step of the way” said Kelly.
Allison plans to initially run a few events at the Intermediate level with long-term goals for the year involving a possible 3* run at Bromont. However, her top priority will be “spending the 2013 season taking the time to build a strong relationship with Copycat Chloe.”
Syndication shares of Copycat Chloe are now available. Those interested in being a part of this opportunity are urged to contact Allison directly via email at Allisoncspringer@gmail.com.
